“This was one of the best camping trips I have ever been on. To start of our trip we arrived to the campground and our site was so huge and private. Also really enjoyed not having to lug bundles of back and forth they have it already before you arrive. I really recommend going white water rafting. Our guides name was Doug and he was phenomenal. Throughout the trip he made sure we were safe, comfortable, and had the correct knowledge. In every situation he was able to act fast and get everyone to safety. The best tour guide ever!! He deserves a raise!!!!!!!!”

“We planned to spend some time away from the big city and do some white water rafting over the weekend. Thornton’s turned out to be an excellent choice. We reached in the afternoon and Mark gave us a quick overview of the places around. Just opposite the campgrounds, was a man made small beach where folks could camp. Also, round the corner there was a good music concert with 7 bands. Evening well spent.”

“Had a fantastic time. The trailer we rented was spacoius, and very clean. We even had 2 bathrooms and for 6 woman that is a huge plus. The bartender Amanda was very nice, with a good sense of humor and kept the drinks flowing. I cannot wait to go back.”
